Travel package is non-refundable and subject to availability. Certificates/gift cards cannot be replaced. Tour runs on specific days of the week and at specific times. If tour is not available, it may be substituted with equal or similar experience. Hotel may be substituted with equal or similar accommodations. Blackout dates: Jan 10-14, 22-27, 29-30, Feb 4-6, 25-27, Mar 5-11, 17-30, Apr 8-11, 15-24, 27-30, May 1, 22-25, Nov 24-27, Dec 25-31. Some restrictions may apply during special events. Yearly maintenance for the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway occurs in September. A minimum 45 day advance reservation is required. Travel is valid for 18 months from date of issue.
